Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes, all our pieces are handmade with love from stretching the canvas frames to the finished the product ready to hang on your walls!

How can I place an order for a piece on your website/social media pages?

Please share name or picture of the product that you are interested as well as your full name, email address, address for delivery, contact number and delivery preference (Kingston pickup or courier delivery).

We will send you an invoice with payment details to make for payment within 7 days.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, you can contact us on any of the mediums specified above to discuss further. You can share with us picuture of style your interested in, colour scheme and location the piece the painting to place. If you are unsure just reach out we will work it out together. We will then send you a quotation once the design is agreed. A 50% deposit is required before work can be started and remaning 50% on completion before delivery.

How long is the processing time once an order is placed?
Once payment is received all orders for avaliable pieces take approximately 1-2 days to be processed (This does not include custom orders). 

Do you deliver island-wide in Jamaica?
Yes, we utilized courier service Doorway Express that delivers islandwide to address of your choice this will be an additional cost to you (Approximately $1000 + $35 per pound). Dependent on your location packages should be delivered with 1-2 business days. If you are located in Kingston we can arrange for round-town pickup at a central location (conditions apply).

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally but we are hoping to expand our business in the future. We do however, offer the option of having your canvas rolled and packaged in a protective tube for traveling. Additionally, if  you are checking on your stretched canvas painting on a plane as an additional piece we will package with extra padding and protection for safe travel at an additional cost. 

Are your paintings varnished?
Yes, all of our acrylic paintings are varnished. What is the importance of this?
  1.  Protects from dirt, UV rays and yellowing
  2.  Helps deepen or saturate colours on canvas
  3. Gives an even sheen over the entire surface
  4. Extends the life of your painting!
Do your paintings come ready to hang?
Yes, all our paintings come with hooks or strings to effortlessly be placed on your walls.

What framing options do you offer?
We currently offer floating frames which are made from pine wood in colours dark brown, white, black and gold this is attached to the fours corners of the canvas at an additional cost. 

What payment options do you accept?
We do not accept cash payments. Payments are accepted via bank transfer to NCB bank account, Lynk or USD payments via Xoom. Payments details are sent on invoices. 

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final no refunds after delivery. For custom orders if decide to forgo after paying 50% deposit this amount will not be refunded. 

Do I get a receipt for partial and full payments? 
Yes, receipt will be emailed to you.
